This equipment is mainly used for battery slurry turnover, storage, stirring, secondary defoaming, to prevent precipitation before coating. 1. Vacuum in the turnover barrel and extract the materials in the vacuum mixer into the turnover mixing barrel. 2. Turn on the turnover barrel motor to stir to prevent the precipitation of dense materials. 3. Add nitrogen to the turnover barrel and press the material to the coating machine; or use a diaphragm pump to transport it to the coating machine. 4. Scope of application: preparation of lithium ion battery positive and negative electrode slurry and preparation of other materials.
