Generally, when the temperature is higher than the allowable range, the consumption of grinding media should be reduced; when the temperature is lower than the allowable range, the consumption of grinding media can be increased before increasing the speed of the rotating shaft. Attention should be paid to the grounding, power supply, water isolation, heat dissipation and grounding circuit of the horizontal sand mill. Outdoor installation plays an important role in the water barrier of the equipment, droplets and condensate along the wall. When the bracket is not tilted or tilted in the opposite direction, water droplets will flow into the device along the wall and cause damage. In order to reduce water vapor into the bracket, the bracket and the vertical rod can be sealed at the junction.
Due to glue or silicone, there is a gap between the equipment and the supporting screw position in the suspension device. If it rains or snows, water can seep into the equipment and cause injury.
Therefore, waterproof and sealing measures should be taken during installation to prevent rainwater from entering the horizontal sand mill from the spiral interface. The choice of mounting bracket is also important. It is recommended to choose the original bracket, because the original bracket considers the waterproof problem. The design of the tilting device makes the swing end of the equipment slightly higher, even if the water is in the bracket, it will only flow back to the column and not into the equipment. Generally speaking, when the temperature is high during the day, the water vapor in the pole will enter the bracket.
If water is accidentally allowed to flow into the equipment during the assembly process, it will not dry up during operation, and the equipment will not work normally after installation. Therefore, the installation work must be done in a dry environment. In the installation process of the horizontal sand mill, water isolation is an important link, and the installer needs to pay attention to avoid adverse consequences.
