Experiment Report
(I) experimental material: silicon nitride grinding test
Purpose of (II) experiment: D50 = 1μm
(III) experimental instruments and conditions:
1. KDP-2: speed: 3000rpm,0.3mm zirconium beads;
2. Zirconium bead addition: 80%;
3. Solid content: 1.5kg zinc oxide 2kg water 35ml dispersant;
4. Coolant: water;
5. Cooling water temperature: 8 ℃;
(IV) experimental process:
1. Clean the machine with water and then clean it with deionized water;
2. Add deionized water into the dispersion cylinder, add powder while stirring, and disperse for 30min;
3. Test the initial particle size and start grinding;
4. Test once every 1h, after 2h, the particle size meets the customer's requirements, and receive the materials.
Water-based coating experiment

3. Test the initial particle size and start grinding;
