Treatment:Check whether the 220V AC air switch is protected and whether the overcurrent protection of the thermal relay of the main motor is activated. If it is started (at this time, the two normally-on terminals under the red button have been connected to the line, one of which has no 220V, and both terminals are charged normally), it can be pressed, or it can be automatically restored after waiting for half an hour.

Question 3:The 24V DC regulated switching power supply has no output, and the green indicator light on the regulated switching power supply is not on.

Treatment:Check the 24V DC regulated switching power supply for damage.

Question 4:No sound of the solenoid valve can be heard after the pump start button is pressed (at this time, there is oil spray in the working oil cover of the electric pump).

Treatment:Solenoid valve bad. If there is no replacement parts, the intake pipe can be directly connected to the pressure regulating valve.

Question 1:The O-ring of the main control valve inside the diaphragm pump expands, and the main control valve cannot slide freely. Replace the O-ring of the main valve inside the diaphragm pump. The reason for the expansion of the O-ring of the main control valve inside the diaphragm pump is that the solvent is accidentally sprinkled on the diaphragm pump during shutdown and cleaning, and the solvent penetrates into the main control valve along the muffler connection thread on the diaphragm pump exhaust hole (the solvent can also enter the main control valve along the microholes on the outer surface of the muffler on the diaphragm pump), causing the O-ring to expand.

Treatment:Wrap raw tape around the muffler attachment threads and cover the muffler with a half-section of waste polyester bottle.

Question 2:Diaphragm pump internal main control valve, reversing valve, diaphragm backing (rubber) behind the material. The reason is that the screw that presses the diaphragm in the diaphragm cavity is loose, and the material enters the diaphragm backing (rubber), the reversing valve, and the main control valve, causing the rubber seal to be damaged and the diaphragm pump does not work.

Treatment:Remove the inlet and outlet pipes, disassemble the diaphragm chamber covers on both sides, replace the damaged seals, and press the compression screws on the diaphragm.

Question 1:If the load is too large (the viscosity of the material is too high or the grinding medium is added too much), the motor will make a dull sound when the main engine is started, and the thermal relay will start. At this time, the 24V switching power indicator lamp in the electrical appliance box is not on, and the feed pump cannot start.

Treatment:Open the electrical box to check whether the current control on the thermal relay is too small. If it is not small, the viscosity of the material or the amount of grinding medium should be adjusted.

Question 2:If the material viscosity is large or the grinding medium is added too much, the feed speed of the diaphragm pump is too fast, the temperature or pressure setting value exceeds, and the red light on the control panel is on. At this time, the 24V switching power supply indicator light in the electrical box is on, and the feed pump cannot be started.

Treatment:According to the process needs and production state to adjust the material viscosity size or grinding medium, diaphragm pump feed speed (adjust the air flow size).

Question 3:The thermal relay is broken, and the 24V switching power supply indicator in the electrical appliance box is not on.

Treatment:Replace the thermal relay.

Question 4:The thermal relay frequently starts the protection, and the main motor current is less than the thermal relay setting value.

Treatment:Replace the thermal relay.

Question 5:When the main motor starts, the current is very large, and the motor makes a dull sound, and the thermal relay immediately starts the protection.

Treatment:Star and delta conversion is not in place, check the AC contactor and auxiliary contacts.

Question 6:The 220V air switch protection or 24V DC regulated switching power supply is damaged and has no output, and the 24V switching power supply indicator in the electrical appliance box is not on.

Treatment:Replace the 24V regulator switch DC power supply.

Question 1:The viscosity of the material is large, the grinding medium is added too much, or the feed speed of the diaphragm pump is too fast (at this time, the pressure in the cylinder is larger than 0.05MP).
Treatment:Reduce the viscosity of the material, reduce the weight of the grinding medium or slow down the feed rate of the diaphragm pump (adjust the size of the air flow).

Question 2:After starting the feed pump, the host fails to start immediately (at this time, the pressure in the cylinder increases, and the main motor makes a dull sound when starting).

Treatment:Unload and open the material plug or rotate the gland above the check valve to reduce pressure. If it is known that there is material in the cylinder, start the main engine first, press and hold the green button without loosening, and then start the feed pump (this method is especially suitable for materials with high viscosity).

Question 3:The discharge screen ring is seriously blocked, with little or no discharge.

Treatment:Discharge the grinding medium, disassemble the discharge screen ring of the dispersion plate, and clean the gap of the discharge screen ring with a thin blade.
