Stage 3:Constant voltage charging-When the battery voltage rises to 4.2V, the constant current charging starts at the end of the constant voltage charging phase. In order to achieve the best performance, the voltage stabilizing tolerance should be better than + 1%.

Stage 4:Charge termination-There are two typical charge termination methods:Using the minimum charging current judgment or timer, the minimum current method monitors the charging current of the constant voltage charging stage, and terminates the charging when the charging current decreases to the range of 0.02C to 0.07C;The second method is timed from the beginning of the constant voltage charging phase, and the charging process is terminated after two hours of continuous charging.

After the two stages of fast charging and continuous charging, the lithium battery needs to be trickle charged to fully charge the remaining capacity. Trickle charging usually takes a period of time, and all three stages are completed to truly reach a good state of power saturation.At present, the charger cannot control the trickle charging process of the lithium battery.
