WST1000L horizontal sand mill

WST sand mill is the most widely adaptable material, the most advanced, the highest efficiency of large output grinding equipment, can achieve continuous processing of materials, greatly improve the production efficiency. WST sand mill uses a material pump to input the solid-liquid phase mixed material after pre-dispersion and wetting treatment by a mixer into a cylinder, and the material and the grinding medium in the cylinder are agitated together by a high-speed rotating disperser, so that the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium produce more intense collision, friction and shearing effects with each other, thus achieving the purpose of speeding up grinding particles and dispersing aggregates. The material after grinding and dispersion is separated from the grinding medium by the centrifugal wheel discharge screen cylinder and flows out of the discharge pipe. WAT sand mill is especially suitable for grinding products requiring large output, high viscosity and fine particle size.
