When the valve is blocked or stuck, open the external gas or positive steam valve, and flush can be completed without moving the regulating valve to make the valve work normally.
If the welding slag, rust, slag, etc. on the pipeline of the horizontal sand mill are blocked or stuck in the orifice, guide part, balance hole, etc. of the valve cover, it is very likely to deform the valve core, and the guide surface will produce strain. In severe cases, indentation will appear on the sealing surface. These clogging problems occur in the production stage of the new operation system and the operation stage after the overhaul, which is also a common fault. When encountering problems caused by other blockages, it is necessary to remove the shell of the horizontal mill for internal cleaning, first remove the slag, and then polish the sealing surface. At the same time, the sand will open the bottom plug and remove the balance from the balance. Slag falls from the hole into the valve cover and flushes the pipe. When producing again, let the regulator fully open, the medium flow for a period of time before normal operation.
