At present, the mainstream homogenization equipment used by lithium-ion battery manufacturers is a double planetary mixer. The double planetary mixer used in the lithium battery industry, also called PD mixer, is equipped with a low-speed mixing part Planet and a high-speed dispersion part Disper. The low-speed mixing components are two curved rack-type mixing paddles, driven by planetary gears. The blade rotates when it rotates, so that the material moves up and down, left and right, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time. The high-speed dispersion part is generally a dentition dispersion disc, which revolve with the planet carrier and rotate at high speed at the same time, so that the material is strongly sheared and dispersed.
